Seasonal warning: The estate looks best during plucking season; casual entry is often refused in busy periods.

Introduction

The celebrated organic tea garden spread across the flat green plains of Tetulia, about 45 km north of Panchagarh town and roughly 10 km south of Tetulia bazar — a symbol of Panchagarh's rise as a plains tea region. It is a working commercial estate and entry requires prior permission.

Suggested time: 1-2 hours (if permission granted)

How to get there

Take a CNG auto or bus along the Panchagarh-Tetulia-Banglabandha highway toward Tetulia; arrange permission from estate management before entering.

Important notes

  • Prior permission from estate management is required; with permission, a 1-1.5 hour escorted walk covers the sections, lake and cottages
