Introduction
A border tourist spot at the foot of India's Khasi-Jaintia hills, on the Piain river in Gowainghat, Sylhet. Known for the river descending from the hills and the stone-collection scenes.
How to get there
Direct bus/CNG from Sylhet city to Jaflong (about 50–60 km). Tamabil land port and Mayabi Lake are nearby.
Important notes
- About 60 km from Sylhet town (Gowainghat upazila), roughly a 2-hour drive.
