Introduction
A natural deep freshwater lake among the hills of Ruma upazila at about 380 m altitude, with an average depth around 38 m. A Bawm village stands beside it and homestays are available. Legend says an earthquake collapsed a hillside to form the lake.

How to get there
Take a chander gari from Bandarban town to Ruma bazaar, then continue by jeep or on foot under prevailing local rules. Check current Ruma-area checkpost and guide requirements in Bandarban before travel, as these change.
