Hinda-Kosba Shahi Mosque→Historic · Joypurhat, RajshahiJoypurhat's best-known monument, built in 1958 to a design by Pir Abdul Gafur Chishti in a Mughal-inspired style — five domes, a 40-foot minaret, and walls decorated with glass, broken porcelain and mosaic. It stands about 16 km from the district town. Despite the 'Shahi' name, this is 20th-century architecture, not a Mughal-era monument.
